We have a network of technicians around the country to provide prompt back-up service. They are willing to come out and repair your product onsite for a small call out fee. We service the whole of this beautiful country and depending on your location we do charge a $150 call out for metro areas and $250 for regional areas. Parts and Labour will be provided under our warranty clause. In the Vibration market, we are the only company to offer national in-home service and our warranties are 5 times longer than competitors.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies which you may have under a law in relation to the products or services to which the warranty relates.

If during the Parts and Labour Warranty Period, you submit a claim to CardioTech in respect of a defect in the material or workmanship of the CardioTech Product, CardioTech must at its option: (1) repair the CardioTech Product at no charge, using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability; or (2), replace the CardioTech Product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the product; or (3) exchange the CardioTech Product for a refund of your purchase price. A replacement CardioTech Product or part provided in accordance with this Parts and Labour Warranty assumes the Parts and Labour Warranty for the original product for the balance of the Parts and Labour Warranty Period in respect of that product.
Without limiting the foregoing, if during the Parts Warranty Period, you submit a claim to CardioTech in respect of a defect in the materials and workmanship of any part of the CardioTech Product, CardioTech must at its option: (1) provide replacement parts to you; or (2) pay the costs for provision of any replacement parts to you, provided that CardioTech shall not be responsible for any labour costs in connection with the installation and/or replacement of those parts in the CardioTech Product. This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the CardioTech Product’s specifications; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the CardioTech Product outside CardioTech’s published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of CardioTech or a CardioTech technician; (g) to a CardioTech Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of CardioTech; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the CardioTech Product; or (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the CardioTech Product; or (j) if you cannot prove in any way that you are the original purchaser of the product (e.g. by presenting proof of purchase).
