The delivery was super quick (1 day) and the delivery men were wonderful. Best investment ever made, can’t stop using my Chair. I rang my dealer from Queensland Jane answered my call on a Saturday night at 18.30 pm, very helpful answered all my concerns over 10 phone calls that night , and sent me Emails & brochures. So I would feel comfortable as my wife was skeptical by a phone purchase. Then we asked if we could have a physical look at the chair in Sydney, I was sceptical about it as I’ve had open Heart surgery, getting a shoulder reconstruction, had a fall and my hip is swollen & my good shoulder has been dislocated , just received it today, Michael & he’s son delivered the chair & ran through my feature’s, at my amazement it did not hurt me at all, there were some extra paddings Jane supplied with delivery and wasn’t charged for it. I can’t praise enough how honest Jane is, and kept her promise of what we spoke about, that wasn’t included with the chair. I must say I wish it had more of a colour choice, but do you sacrifice looks for quality. Many thanks to Jane, Michael & William as they are a franchise, and make decisions on the fly, no reporting to a senior person, customer satisfaction is what they endeavour to pursue, for the client.

Excellent massage chair! The best I’ve ever had. Simply excellent! This is the 5th massage chair that I’ve ever purchased and it’s definitely the best! The Cardiotech T-Zone is a huge step up from all previous chairs that I’ve had. Really well made with decent quality components, the motors feel strong and actually work properly into my muscles. I just feel so relaxed and so much better after using it. I really love the adjustable heater on my back and waist and even the sound system is great. I’ve had very good after sales service from the guys at Cardiotech as well. Friendly, supportive and wanting to help me as best they can. More than satisfied…
