CardioTech Refund Policy

Nothing in this Refund Policy, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or liability implied by law, including by the Australian Consumer Law.
CardioTech is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You are responsible for ensuring that you are able to use a CardioTech fitness product before you purchase such product. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be required to provide a refund or a replacement if you are unable to use the product due to a medical condition.
But, you may seek a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  A major problem is when the item:
  • has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it, which problem cannot be easily fixed;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • doesn’t do what CardioTech said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed

Alternatively, you may choose to keep the item in which case we may compensate you for any drop in value in the item.

If the problem is not major, we may repair the item within a reasonable time. 

Please keep your proof of purchase of any items from CardioTech, such as a receipt.
To the extent permitted by law, once your purchase has been processed by CardioTech and your machine is it transit, you are ineligible to return and request a refund on your machine.
CardioTech offers a comprehensive Warranty as well as back-up support should you incur issues with your machine.
What if I want to cancel my order before it has shipped?
We will refund the purchase price (price of the machine and tax).  A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all cancelled orders. You can expect a refund (net of the restocking fee) in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 14 days of the order being cancelled.
