As COVID-19 continues to evolve around the world, we want to take all steps to minimize risk for staff and customers.

Customer pick-ups from our Warehouse in Eagle Farm will still be available, however, all orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to collection to minimise waiting time and comply with warehouse protocols.

Online / Telephone Orders – Deliveries & installations will continue to operate as usual unless the government advises otherwise.

Additional protocols are being followed:

• We are observing the social distancing guidelines at offices, warehouse and ensuring that this practice extends to our customer sites
• Contact less delivery / installation – the driver will knock or ring the bell and customers are requested to maintain a safe distance.
• Drivers have the authority to note the full name of the customer instead of obtaining a physical signature.
• Drivers please take a picture as proof of delivery.
• Inside Customer location – the drivers/ Technicians need to continue to practice safe social distancing practices and healthy hygiene
• While in the customers location please limit any contact with any surfaces with hands – and use disposable gloves where possible
• We suggest Customers do the same after receiving their delivery including washing your hands for 20 seconds or using hand sanitiser and cleaning the equipment or not coming in contact with the equipment for 48 hours.
